No animal shall kill any other animal without cause.
Murder, comrades, is not a good thing. According to commandment #7, we are all equal. It is never fully justified for one animal to kill another under any circumstance. However, if an animal is acting out in a way that prevents work productivity or the leadership's ability to lead us to a better tomorrow,it will be the leaderships responsibility to put a stop to the issue before it becomes to big.
If an animal is killed for no reason, then the culprit will be brought to justice. There must be a semi-justifiable reason for doing so, such as plotting to overthrow the leadership. Do your jobs, comrades, and no one will ever have to deal with this.
